Orange County therapist stabbed to death by former client in apparent murder-suicide
On January 19, 2026, licensed mental health counselor Rebecca White, 44, was stabbed to death at her Orange County office on Lee Road by former client Michael Smith, 39. A male client in his 30s was seriously injured but is expected to recover. Smith was found dead the next morning in an apparent suicide.
